Tlive is a very high quality H.264 live video encoder. It makes use of the highest quality H.264 encoding implementation (indeed, the highest quality video encoder of any kind). It supports the Blackmagic DeckLink line of SDI video capture cards, as well as Linux's V4L2. It can deliver the result via RTSP, RTP/UDP or TS/UDP. It supports very low latency (less than 80ms).
Tstreamer is a very high performance live and VOD video/audio streamer. It supports both RTSP/RTP and the HTTP web technologies, including Flash (with RTMP) and Apple HTTP Live Streaming.
